• If you are a retiree, then you will have to provide the pension statements for the last six months.

If a minor is traveling with you to Portugal, the required documents are;

• The birth certificate of the minor.

• Evidence approved by the court is required if you have attained sole custody of the child.
• You will need to bring both your parents’ original and photocopy of parent’s passport and other identity cards.
• In case the minor is traveling alone, a letter of consent form notary is needed to be signed by both parents. If the parents are not there, then the form should be signed by the legal guardian.
