Belgium Visa Required Documents for Minors
If a minor is travelling to Belgium with you, provide the following documents:
Minor’s birth certificate.
Get a separate Visa Application and fill in the details of the minor followed by signing by both the parents.
Provide evidence from court if you are the sole custodian of the child.
Provide the passport and identity cards of the minor’s parents.
If the minor is traveling alone, a consent form validated by the notary needs to be signed by both the parents. If the parents are not present, a legal guardian can sign in place for them.
