If you are into business, provide the license number of the business, company bank statement of last 6 months and income tax return of the business.

If you are a retiree, provide the pension statements of the last 6 months.

If a minor is travelling to Belgium with you, provide the following documents:

• Minor’s birth certificate.
• Get a separate Visa Application and fill in the details of the minor followed by signing by both the parents.
• Provide evidence from court if you are the sole custodian of the child.
• Provide the passport and identity cards of the minor’s parents.
• If the minor is traveling alone, a consent form validated by the notary needs to be signed by both the parents. If the parents are not present, a legal guardian can sign in place for them.
